Premium users fill out a background profile once in the My Resume tab. When you click "Generate cover letter" on any job, the AI reads both the job description and your profile and writes a tailored letter. You review, edit, and export it in PDF, DOCX, or plain text.
Your personal data — applications, notes, contacts — is private and only visible to you. The only data we aggregate anonymously is company-level feedback like dismiss reasons and response rates. No personally identifiable information is ever attached to any aggregated data point.
